We're a small studio making salon-quality press-on nails you can put on at home in minutes. Every set is designed in-house in small batches, hand-finished, and built to be reusable. No appointments, no drying time, no damage to your natural nails, just a look you love whenever you want it.

How It Works

1. Pick your set

Browse our designs and choose the shape and length that suit you. Not sure of your size? Grab a sizing kit first.

2. Prep and apply

Clean your nails, match each press-on to the right finger, and apply with the included glue or adhesive tabs. Takes about 10 minutes.

3. Wear and reuse

Enjoy up to two weeks of wear. Soak off gently, store your set, and wear it again.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Jacie Nails order. Because our press-on nails are personal-use products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, worn, used, or altered nail sets.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the item
A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Sizing: Please review our sizing guide carefully before purchasing. Because nail sizing varies by person, incorrect sizing is not considered a product defect. Opened or used nail sets cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or changed only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Sale & promotional items: Discounted and promotional items follow the same return eligibility requirements unless specifically marked Final Sale.

Refund processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

With glue, most sets last 1 to 2 weeks. With adhesive tabs, expect 1 to 3 days, which is great for events or trying a style out.

No, as long as you remove them properly. Soak your nails in warm soapy water or acetone and gently ease the press-on off. Never pull or force them.

Each set comes with a range of sizes. Match each nail to your natural nail bed before applying, and order a sizing kit if you're between sizes.

Yes. Remove them gently, clean off any leftover glue, and store them in the original case. Most sets can be worn several times.
