Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Jacie Nails order. Because our press-on nails are personal-use products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, worn, used, or altered nail sets.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Sizing, cancellations, sale items, and refunds

Sizing: Please review our sizing guide carefully before purchasing. Because nail sizing varies by person, incorrect sizing is not considered a product defect. Opened or used nail sets cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or changed only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Sale & promotional items: Discounted and promotional items follow the same return eligibility requirements unless specifically marked Final Sale.

Refund processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
